About Us
Alpha Delta Pi is proud to be the first secret society exclusively for women. Founded on May 15, 1851, at Wesleyan Female College in Macon, Georgia, our sorority is rich with tradition and sisterhood. Alpha Delta Pi sisters strive for excellence in philanthropy, academic performance, and campus leadership. In keeping with our motto, We Live for Each Other, our members have found a place for support, shared values, and personal development. Opportunities abound for the sisters of Alpha Delta Pi, and we look forward to sharing them with you.
Founded by Eugenia Tucker Fitzgerald, Alpha Delta Pi began in 1851 as the Adelphean Society, the first secret society for college women. Built on the values of scholarship, leadership, sisterhood, and service, ADPi has grown to include over 134 collegiate chapters and 150 alumnae associations.
At Eastern Kentucky University, the Epsilon Phi chapter holds a deep commitment to our national philanthropy, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). We strive to support families with seriously ill or injured children by providing comfort, resources, and a home away from home during difficult times. RMHC is more than a cause to us—it’s a part of who we are, shaping our chapter and inspiring us to make a difference every day.
